What is the Flyer Series?

Flyer 1

Flyer 1 is the first part of the Flyer Series. It is a simple, lightweight rocket that was launched on August 9th, 2019.

The launch was good. The rocket wasn’t damaged or prohibited during launch.

The apogee was approximately 800ft high. As the rocket went higher, it curved due to more heavy winds and poor fin design.

The parachute deployment failed. The parachute was too small for the rocket. As a result of this, the rocket fell to the ground faster.

In the end, the rocket was not recovered. This occurred because of fierce wind and improper fins.
